'Week 4 and Part #2 of the Coach J Challenge & 1Lbs Challeng'

'This is part #2 of the Coach J challenge and 1Lbs Challenge for August 1st - 7th  Part #1 was run or walk for 20min and see how far you can go. To be done one Tuesday,Thursday & Saturday   Part #2 our nutrition part is to be done today(Wednesday), Friday & Sunday  Count your carb intake. Again knowing what is going into the body will be key to what comes out of the body when training.   Pre workout drink 1/2 banana  1-2 pitted dates 1 tbsp cacao powder  1 tbsp coconut oil 1 cup of almond milk  1 cup of ice   Blend in blender all ingredients and down the hatch.
