'A Premasati Workout technique known as Shaman Curls with Chris Jones. This exercise is a warmup technique designed to oxygenate the body, create natural energy to amplify your workout, increase mental clarity, activate the pineal gland, and get a massive pump going. In this exercise we take 20 deep breaths in while curling the weight upward. You want to feel as if you’re shoveling energy into your mouth with the weight. On the 20th breath we do a breath hold and squeeze. If do this intensely enough, it can send you in a psychedelic trip straight to mount Olympus haha.
