'Henry Dimbleby, co-founder of the Leon restaurant chain, has been carrying out a review into England\'s food strategy to try and find a system which is both good for people and good for the planet.   He told Sky\'s Niall Paterson that the country\'s food culture needs to change - bringing back the cooking skills which have been lost and making the worst food better - through tax.
