'In the beginning of this year, many of us might want to lose weight, get back in shape and be healthy in general. It is the time where you might start different diets hoping to lose weight fast... But be careful that diets are a short-term solution after which you are likely to gain back all your weight, and in the process lose muscles and gain even more fat... And that is unhealthy, but also very counter-productive.  In this video, I present to you different strategies available to lose weight, but more importantly, my strategy for long-term, permanent weight loss. The key here is to change your food habits in order to lose fat and stabilize your weight in the long run in order not to turn all your efforts to waste.  My advice is to try the ketogenic diet, pair it with fasting or intermittent fasting which will boost your results and then go to a low-carb mediterranean food strategy with adaptation of your food habits. This way, you will lose weight permanently, you will improve your health and feel better in your body.
