'Sue Mallick with Food City prepares Peanut Butter and Jelly Trail Mix and Sandwich Cookie Treats at the Tasteful Creation Cooking School held every Monday Night at Food City Crown Point in Kingsport, TN. Ingredients: 1 pkg peanut butter chips, 1 pkg dried cranberries, 1 box Peanut Butter Cap\'n Crunch Cereal, 1 jar salted peanuts, 1 box vanilla wafers, 1 jar chocolate hazelnut spread  In a large bowl, mix peanut butter chips, cranberries, cereal and peanuts together, seperate into small bags for easy eationg.  To make cookies, spread flat side of vanilla wafers with about 1 tsp of chocolate spread; place the flat side of second cookie on top oc chocolate spread, pack for traveling.'
