'Hello Everyone! Here is to a day out enjoying sunshine and finger food in the park with my very favorite people! Most of the dishes were baked in the oven which made it a lot easy to be in the kitchen even on a sunny day and it wasn’t tiring at all as I had planned the whole of the picnic food tweaking and twisting the same ingredients in different forms creating Bakery Style Potato Buns( Just like the Iyengar Bakeries I miss them sooo much), Garlic bread, Mini Pizzas , Homemade Smoky Salsa, Healthy crisps, Berry fizz a drink, & Wraps which made us really full that we had to walk around the park
