'Men\'s Fitness released Zac Efron\'s official workout in a interview this past week. Although he does engage in physical activity every day, he weight trains only three days a week (so it says). This is day 1 which is a push day, using your Chest, Shoulder and Tricep muscles to perform the exercises. With an added bicep exercise in there too. I will be doing his workout for some time being to see what type of changes I can see in my body. And I will also post the next 2 videos, so stay tuned! Official Push Day Every Exercise is 3 Sets of 8/12 reps. CONTROL THE WEIGHT Also, everything is supersetted meaning doing two exercises in a row with no rest.
