I hope you all enjoy todays video. For the first time I share the story behind my fitness journey and get a little deeper with all of you! I made this video in hopes of motivating and inspiring others to continue or hopefully begin their journey to becoming their healthiest selves. ❤️ I share everything from the beginning of my fitness journey to the end, to my struggle with confidence and eating, as well as some tips (11:14) on how I achieved results!   I\'ve come a long way with body confidence and to appreciating the body I was given. It’s not about the number of hours in a day that you workout or how many days you workout, it’s about consistency and giving your body the most nutritious foods for energy and support that it needs. So if you haven\'t heard it from anyone already, you can do it, and I BELIEVE IN YOU!
