'Spice up your day with mini band work. The resistance training will make you stronger. We’ll also throw in some agility and upper body work for good measure.  Recommended equipment: - Mat or towel - 2 medium objects or weights - 1 heavy object or weight - Mini band - Sturdy chair, couch or stool'
