'Wow, this was an awesome full body kettlebell workout.  I didn\'t feel it at the time, but yeah, baby!! My glutes and hamstrings felt it the next day.  Kettlebell swings for the win!!!  This is an all standing, beginner workout using kettlebells and we\'re working the whole bod.  My videos are made to be inclusive for a range of sizes, shapes & weights.
