Dumbbells are one of our favorite ways to get a good resistance workout in. You don\'t have to use heavy dumbbells to build strength, you can also substitute using water bottles for this workout if you don\'t have dumbbells. Adding just a few extra pounds to your movements will increase the work that your body is doing and energize and engage your muscles. This is an intermediate level routine which incorporates your full body. Make sure you are comfortable with standing whilst using dumbbells before you begin.
