'In this 24 minute pool workout, Coach Stacy will help you warm up briefly then go right into our aqua intervals.  Intervals are 45 seconds of challenging yourself with a 15 second rest.  There are 18 various exercises total which will work the whole body and prevent boredom from repetition.  We will be using 1 water weight (buoy) if you have it, otherwise you can just follow along without equipment. Using 1 buoy will help you to build a strong core and improve muscular imbalances. Join Stacy in a fun, effective way to strengthen and tone your core.  Underwater views are shown of some of the exercises prior to doing them so you know what is coming.   Please work to your own intensity and take rest breaks as needed.
