'Join me for 10 minutes of simple but effective dance moves done in DISCO HITT style. Every 30 seconds you will be changing your move, giving. you enough time to get the cardiovascular system working before moving onto the next step! This is suitable for everyone! Jump off that sofa and let\'s get exercising! For optional weights you can use tins, water bottles or light Dumbbells or just your fists!
