'Chair Exercises for Seniors // 10 Minute Arm Workout w/ Dumbbells'

'Gain strength in your upper body with this arm and shoulder toning and shaping workout!  All exercises are performed in a seated position. I\'m using 4 pound weights for this workout. Always start with lighter dumbbells if you are unsure. You can also use water bottle or soup cans to add resistance if you do not have weights. Please go at your own pace and make the workout your own. This routine is a great way to start a strength training program and build  bone density!  Are you ready for more?
