Our \"Basics\" series workouts are focused on getting back to focusing on proper form, technique and posture. This is a perfect routine for anyone starting out with exercise and/or using resistance bands. Using bands is a great way to build strength in a controlled and safe manner when executed correctly.  This basics workout is geared towards beginners but can also be done by anyone at any level of fitness. Used as a warm - up for more advanced levels or as a great starting point for those just beginning with resistance bands. Our basics series focuses on the correct movements you will need to get the most out of your exercise as well as keeping you safe.  Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes you pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.
