'Feel Better Fitness Steps total body core no floor workout for seniors. 2/9/23 Part 1 exclusive for my YouTube subs! Hi I\'m Coach Melissa! Thanks for joining the ladies and I! You will need for this workout- to warm up, One 2-5 lb. weight. Use a light weight or filled water bottle for shoulder issues. A sturdy chair of proper height. Knees in line with hips or above. Use a chair pad to lift hips up if needed.  My Core- NO FLOOR exercises will improve core, posture, mobility, balance, and build strength and confidence!
