'ZAC GRIFFITH DAY 5 Workout'

'DAY 5 is for the guys that have some extra fuel in the tank.  If you\'re not toast from the week, go in and hit whatever you feel needs a beating.  Biceps are never a major focus of mine but I included a bunch of different bi lifts to keep you busy.'
