'Hello guys ! I would like to share with you my results after doing facial exercises after 30 days. It has been already 5 months that I started doing face fitness. It became my facial routine, I am doing on the evening, 5 days per week, 2 days rest. RESULTS in the video with pictures: 1. Hair growth - I could never believe, but for the fact I have more volumed hair. 2. Skin improvement - more glowing, radiant and toned skin. 3. Reduce face fat - slimmer cheeks. 4.
