'Here\'s a fun way to get out of your comfort zone! With Two Steps Out, we find ways to challenge ourselves proactively and voluntarily, so that we\'re not just being constantly overwhelmed by what\'s happening to us. Instead, we\'re choosing things to happen to us, small fears and discomfort we can face in a controlled environment, on our own terms. That\'s how we become more flexible, creative and resilient.  We do this with play, introspection, and connection. Today: PLAY! Let\'s have an 80s fitness workout, all dressed up, to move our body in new ways (remember those 80s moves?), laugh at ourselves and keep our sanity.
