'Mummas this one\'s for you! The second video in a series on Mums & Bubs Yoga practices to get you moving and stretching, while being with your bubba. Finding time for a yoga practice when you have babies can feel a little mission impossible. Here are a few practices you can incorporate into your everyday routine to help get the body moving and energy flowing. It is recommended that you wait to at least 6-8 weeks minimum after delivery of your baby before commencing any form of exercise. As with any form of exercise be sure to check with your health care professional before commencing to check that it is safe for you to do so. And if any of the practice doesn\'t feel right for your body, stop and honour what your body needs in each moment.
