'30 Days: 100+ miles, 1,000+ Squats, Push ups, Sit ups. Five Days in a row one rest day. Includes my entire diet. One Punch Man Challenge with complete diet I used to be very active when the city was opened, but recently i\'ve developed bad habits. I ate a lot of junk food and didn\'t exercise for months. I stayed at home staring at a computer all day, every day. I felt unhealthy, mentally and physically. Then one day I told myself, enough is enough and that I was going to do the One Punch Man challenge and become the strongest man in the world. I was going to be a hero, for fun.
