Hold bubs firmly but not tooooo tight and always support head & neck. - traveling lunges (intermediate to advanced) - stationary lunges (beginner - advanced) - Basic squats - Sumo (wide) squats - shoulder press - bicep curls - laying tricep press - prone plank - full sit up - No excuses when it comes to working out.
