'This 30 minute practice is suitable for all levels once you have been cleared to resume exercise from your doctor after giving birth. We work gently release and strengthen your beautiful postpartum body while finding space to relax, ground and make some very important time to give back to ourselves. It was recorded live during a zoom class and all babies were either playing happily or sleeping so they didn\'t need to be incorporated into the class too much, but smiling, blowing kisses, eye contact, etc can be helpful when practicing yoga with your baby.
