'Coach J Challenge Day 25'

'Day 25 of the Coach J Challenge   Every min on the min workout for 12min   Each min will start off with  20 Mt. Climber then into the following base on level   Beginner - 3 Walking Burpees  Intermediate- 4 Jumping Burpees  Advance - 5 Sprawls Burpees   Once you complete your Burpees the remaining time within that min you get to rest. If you want to had a rep to your Burpees you can do so.   Enjoy
