'Coach J Challenge   Day 9⃣ Tabata\'s Tuesday  Each exercise is 20sec of training as fast as you can go and 10sec of rest. Performing 8 sets in total equalling 4min   1⃣ Jump Squats (or regular squats)  2⃣ Push Ups (level 1 or 2)  3⃣ Bicep Curls or  Contraction Holds 4⃣Triceps Kickback or Contraction Holds 5⃣ Burpees (level 1,2 or 3)   Total time of training 20min not including warm up and cool down. Enjoy Tabata Tuesday
