
'The exercise improves reflexes and awareness. The thrower must call a loud yes immediately after the balls leaves the hand. On the call, the catcher will turn around and in the instant look for the ball and attempt the catch. The thrower can make use of 2 balls at once. the catcher can also use either hand while turning the opposite way i.e. turn left and catch with the right hand.
