'Day 4 all about abs   40 sec each exercise   1⃣ Crunches  options feet up or down 2⃣ Side plank options knees down, bottom knee down, or feet stack 3⃣ Oblique crunch twist  Repeat all again 2⃣ & 3⃣ other side second time thru  4min total   Second 4min 1⃣ Regular Plank  2⃣ Mt.
