'September 30th - October 6th  Week #8 Last week all out and #NOEXCUSES  Training Schedule for our final week.  1⃣ Monday 5km run plus your regular training schedule   2⃣Tuesday your workout in the morning and a yoga / stretch class in the evening.   3⃣Wednesday 6km run plus your regular training schedule  4⃣ Thursday 1.5hr walk with a training partner.   5⃣Friday 72hr challenge begins  No junk No fast food  No alcoholic beverages No green tea or coffee  Water as your only hydration   6⃣Saturday  6km run plus your regular training schedule  7⃣Sunday 1.5hr walk with a training partner plus your workout.   Have fun
