'This Hell Week workout is a highlight from 2018 — Return of the Insane Inclines. It’s only for the brave. Why? It will make your muscles feel like they are up against decreasing, then increasing, treadmill inclines (no treadmill required!). Yep, burpees are part of the story. You’ll finish feeling completely exhilarated.  Recommended equipment: - Mat or towel - 2 medium objects or weights - 2 heavy objects or weights'
