This one uses 2 pool noodles but can be done with buoys instead. Please warm up prior to the workout. This workout is suitable for all levels. Lengthy stretch at the end for some relaxation (make sure the pool water is warm for this one). Stacy will guide you through the moves and show you underwater views of everything.
