I like to make them up nice a thick so I can eat them with a spoon and it almost feels like I\'m having a frozen dessert treat like ice cream or frozen yogurt. For this blender smoothie recipe you\'ll need... 1 cup of liquid egg whites 1 scoop of vanilla flavor whey protein 1 cup of mixed frozen berries 1 handful of baby spinach The calorie and macros for this one are approximately: 350 calories 50 grams of protein 30 grams of carbs 3 grams of fat *Note the nutritional values may vary depending on the type of protein powder you use and the type of frozen berries you use.'
