'Orangetheory Fitness - Reasons you should try the 90 Minute Workout'

'Most people that attend Orangetheory do a 45 to 55 minute workout often referred to as a 3G or 2G. 3G means people start on the rowers, treadmill and floor and 2G means people start on 2 stations. A 3G allows more people into many of the heavily booked classes that a studio may have. Aside from these standard classes many studios offer a 90 minute class which at first sounds overwhelming but I can tell you after a handful of them, actually I think this was my 6th, that they are very doable. This video will hopefully encourage you to try the 90 if you\'ve been avoiding it or bring you back to it if you haven\'t done one in a while. I did this one Sunday 3/17/2019 and as I edit this I am back for my Monday workout at 5am tomorrow. This was also my 298th class at Orangetheory and I\'m loving the journey to be the healthiest version of me I can be. Thanks for watching the video.
