'Brix Fitness gave me 4 workouts for beginners. If you focus on these 4 workouts and nutrition weight-loss will happen. This is weightloss 101 for beginners. As a 354 pound man, I would qualify as a beginner. Many of you do as well. So focusing on Pushups, body weight squats, hand planks, and bent over rows, can target the muscle groups that will trigger fat burn.
