'This film has been created to spread the word about the Government’s new £220m Holiday Activities and Food Programme to encourage parents to sign up this summer, with the support of Marcus Rashford, MBE.  The holiday programme offers fun and food for children and young people across England during the school holidays. Children can take part this summer and during the Christmas holidays.   Places are free to children who receive free school meals, with children and young people of all ages and backgrounds welcome. Parents can find out about their local summer programme via their local council website or by searching online.
