Three exercises, dumbbell chest press, bodyweight tricep dips, and seated alternating dumbbell shoulder press. You won\'t need a lot of weight to get a great burn and a great pump from today\'s workout. We review proper form and function but as always, listen to your body if something doesn\'t feel right.
