'Intense Cardio Core with Kettlebell HIIT Workout at Home'

'Today’s workout is an intense cardio core with kettlebell to burn calories and build a strong core HIIT workout.  Total 12 different exercises and repeat one more time.  Each exercise is 45 sec on and 15 sec off. Today I use one 25 lbs kettlebell. If you don’t have kettlebells you can use dumbbells instead.  All right.. Grab  a yoga mat and let’s start it now…  Okay... Keep a proper healthy diet and do at least 20-30 minutes cardio and resistance workouts as your weekday routines. Relax or do stretches to recover your body on weekends.  When you follow along with my workouts, you will get a strong and amazing shredded and toned body.  My time is ready, let\'s do it now.
