'Curious about how to build resiliency and be the best version of yourself? We’ll show you how to do that using the three frames of fitness, nutrition and active recovery. Building on the momentum gained over the last few weeks, we’re excited to have had Lara Foster as our guest for the sixth episode of the Epiq Thursday Series, held on Thursday, July 30th, at 5 PM GST. In this session, Lara shared with us her personal tools and protocols on how to customize workouts, nutrition, and new tools appropriately when moving into or out of any optimization training cycle or hack. She asks us to find our goals and motivation to embark on this journey of transformation. Three pillars she discusses are fitness, nutrition, and active recovery. She talks about building resilience and sustainability in your fitness training routine so that you can achieve your goals and keep going at it. According to her, the best foundation to lose weight would be to count the calorie intake and expenditure and customize that accordion to your goals. She also talked about how to implement the 30-70 Spectrum: Building Range so you can tune into how you feel and progress towards your goals with less bottoming out. She emphasizes the need for active recovery and #challenges us to take 30 days and add active recovery into our routine. She even shares with us her suggestions for active recovery like hiking, swimming, being in nature, etc. If you like this video please like, share, subscribe, and help us on our journey to make the world a better place. We go live every Thursday so stay tuned and join us by clicking on https://bit.ly/epiqshows Make sure that you bring at least one person along with you, a friend, relative, or colleague to watch these sessions so they too can live up to their full potential. Until then, be limitless, be epiq!'
