I really liked these so make sure you give them a try! Front pull down: 12 reps 4 sets Row: 12 reps 4 sets Back extensions: 8 reps 4 sets (OUCH!!) Side extensions (don’t know if they are called that lol) 8 reps 4 sets each side Sit ups with 25lb plate: 15 reps 3 sets Thank you sissy pooh for recording me & for trusting me on your journey!!!!
