'Burn out your LEGS + CORE in just 20-Minutes with this follow-along workout video! You can do so much more with a \'booty band\', or mini resistance band, than just target your glutes! This mini band workout will torch calories + fire up the lower body + core! Here’s the workout breakdown:  1️⃣ Brief Warm Up 2️⃣ 3 Circuits (Each circuit consists of 6 exercises -- 2 strength exercises, 2 cardio exercises and 2 core exercises) 3️⃣ Cool Down  We\'ll burn out our quads, thighs, hamstrings, lower abs, obliques, AND get our heart rates up. Talk about efficient!   This workout is for anyone looking to tone their legs -- glutes, hamstrings, and quads. While specifically targeting the inner thighs and outer glutes (also known as the adductors and abductors) using a mini resistance band.  ✨ THE WORKOUT: 20-Minute Mini Band Workout ✨  ► Cue up your favorite music, press \'play\', and let\'s knock it out! I recommend a lighter resistance band for this workout as you have the booty band on for the majority of the workout. This is the mini resistance band I\'m using (affiliate link) -- https://amzn.to/2VcvQvV  Note: always place the mini resistance band above or below a joint rather than directly on your knees or ankles. I\'ll cue the band\'s location for each move, but it\'ll typically be an inch or two above your ankles, or a few inches above your knees.    ►INSTRUCTIONS: Let me be your certified personal trainer for the day.
