'Well I am in to week three now of my bikini prep! Things are going slow but as expected for right now. In this episode I filmed one of my two different leg days that I have in a week. Did this workout at home in my garage again due to my husband being gone this past week. I have learned to maximize the kiddos nap time so I get some things done around the house and then get out to the garage as soon as they are asleep! In addition to filming my leg day I also decide to show you all what I find important to have in my gym bag AT ALL TIMES! I give you some of my thoughts about different gym gear and why I find it important to have. Prep life so far isn\'t really bad, Still eating lots of food with two \"refeed\" days in a week. I\'m sure another cut is coming soon and before I know it I\'ll be talking about how hungry I am all the time. But for now I\'m hitting my macros each day and staying focused on having good lifts.
