'I like leg raise variations to sharpen the lower abs on each side. Separate your legs for both sides, bring your legs together to hit the middle, cross one leg over the other to hit one side, then cross your legs the opposite way to hit the other side... Then dip if it\'s a chest or tricep day. Keep your reps high, high volume is a must for chiseled abs.'
