'Great time with these amazing young ladies and kids. Mothers did a great job along side of their kids. They participated in a two hour fitness event, earning them the fitness and health badge.  The program began with a group warm-up and later had them asses in a fitness component, that included push-ups, sit-ups, plank, endurance laps, and a long jump measurement. Later we played fitness games, did a small circuit and practiced yoga. Soon after the cool down, Younique Fitness rewarded all the kids with a certificate of completion, their badge and picture.
