'Hi, I am Trainer Ben, and these are our state-of-the-art Matrix treadmills. Once you are ready to start your workout, stand with both feet flat on the treadmill We also recommend you place on the safety emergency clip If you just want to get started on your workout, just press the green button and go If you wish to do different programs, such as rolling hills or intervals, you can select which program here Once you have started, the plus button makes you go faster and the minus button makes you go slower It’s the exact same as the incline; plus brings you up the hill and minus brings you down nice and flat You can pause the treadmill if you need to get your breath back Once you’ve had enough, you can press the blue button to activate a cool down Once you have finished, press the red button, and wait for treadmill to come to a complete stop before getting off Sanitise the equipment using the cleaning stations ---------- Here, you can find all of our pin-loaded machines Each pin-loaded machine features images to show you which muscle groups it targets, and how to use the machines Here you can see the highlighted the muscles groups, and here you can see the start and finish positions Make yourself as comfortable as possible by adjusting the yellow levers Finally, select your weight by pulling the pin out, and putting it in its correct spot The machine will count your reps for you as you work out, as well as your rest time When you’ve finished your workout, wipe down the machines using the cleaning stations ---------- This is our free weight area Each weight has a number reflecting how much it weighs We recommend starting light, and working your way up If you’re using dumbbells, find a pair you can lift easily, and you’re on your way If you’re using the leg press or Smith machines, find yourself some weight plates, and slide them onto the horns When you’ve finished your workout, sanitise your weights using our cleaning stations, and put them back where you found them'See also:
