'Day 31 of the Coach J Challenge   I feel 21 again   Each exercise will be executed for 21 reps   • body squats  • back stepping lunges (R) leg • back stepping lunges (L) leg  • triceps push ups (level 1 or 2) • superman\'s • hamstring drops (R) leg  • hamstring drops (L) leg  • walkouts  (knees bent or legs straight)  Rest when needed and do the mini circuit 2 times though.   *Extra if you like   Reps still 21  • crunches  • wall sit for 2min & 21sec  • plank for 2min & 21sec   For more info regarding the  Coach J Challenge follow on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Google+ all @coachjfitness'
