'Day 4  Warm up  30reps crisscrossing touch downs  20reps Repeater knees  10reps Knee tucks jump in\'s or walk ins   Workout  3min-2min-1min    1) 3min wall sit  2) 2min plank  3) 1min bicycle abs   1) 3min 3 side to side shuffles into 6 forward lunges or jump lunges  2) 2min out side toe touches  3) 1min wall sit   12min workout or go through it again.
