'This is a great drill for cricket fitness and fielding under pressure. You need someone who is good at hitting catching to help you with it. The idea is to run around as much as you can and fatigue yourself while trying to maintain your skills (catching and throwing). It\'s also great as you have to catch and throw under pressure.'
