'Coach J Challenge   Day 10 (Quick and easy)   Warm up  • 1min Jogging in one spot  • 100 High Knee Run  • 50 Forward Arm Circles  • 50 Backwards Arm Circles  • 100 Jumping Jacks   Workout  • 30 cross knee Mt. Climbers  • 20 touch downs(level 1 or 2)  For 10sets continuously take breaks when needed.   Enjoy
