'No crunches! Firm and tone your arms and abdominals with this great workout. Join me on the mat for some toning exercises focusing on shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest and abdominals. These moves are done in combinations to effectively challenge each muscle group. I recommend light weights 1-5 pounds. Start lighter if this is your first time, you can always work your way up as you gain strength. Please go at your own pace, this workout is challenging and effective! Also, please sit however you are comfortable. Raise your hips on a pillow or yoga block if sitting on the floor is uncomfortable on your knees.
