'FitX at Your World Fitness is a strength and conditioning class executed at high intensity built on a constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements program.  Practice and train major lifts: Dead lift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, row, etc, hard and fast.
