'Regain your strength after having a baby with this 25 minute mat Pilates session. Physiotherapist Caitlin will guide you through some gentle strengthening and stretching exercises that you can do with your baby. Suitable for women more than 6 weeks post natal after their doctor has told them they can exercise.
